Here are some answers to my most frequently asked questions:

Do you board Pets? No, I do not. I come to your home and care for all your Animal Companions in the safety and security of their own surroundings. I am Insured and Bonded, and will treat your home and companions with care and respect as if they were my own.

Do you care for all animals, or are there some you do not? I will care for any and all, large or small, hooved, finned or feathered, animal companions for one low, customized In-home rate. Unfortunately, I do NOT care for spiders or iguanas, and I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Can we meet first, and when? ABSOLUTELY! Initial Consultations are FREE and give all of us a chance to get to know each other, your schedules, feeding requirements, and home security. Initial consultations should occur 1-2 weeks prior to your departure. I will leave you with some paperwork that will help me get to know, and have access to, important phone numbers, vet releases, supplies, and most of all, your animal companions and what makes THEM happy.

Will you be doing all the animal care, or have employees or subcontractors? YES, it is just me who will be performing all the pet and homecare duties. In the event an emergency should arise, or something should happen to me, you can feel safe knowing Roberta Stockwell, of Guided Hands Animal Care Service, will be my back-up, and continue with your personalized care. You will not have to pay her, as she will be subcontracting from me, and you will be notified .

In the winter, what happens when bad weather hits? Your Animal Companions are very important to me, and every effort will be made to arrive at your home/farm as soon as I am safely able to do so. Preference is given to animals in need of special care or medical treatments. I do ask that you have a resource that will be available to plow your driveway should the need arise.
